Long Island is the longest and biggest island in the continuous USA; 118-miles long from New York Harbor to Montauk Point, which includes Kings and Queens County (Brooklyn and Queens along with Nassau and Suffolk counties). A big place, for sure.

All of Grand Bahama Island is 96-miles long.

Been playing Freeport/Lucaya sinc1975 and never realized the Island was that big... and never been east of the Lucayan Beach Hotel-Casino...
