This is not a uniface plaque, but rather a canceled one.

The inventory involved the casino peeling back a section of the protective laminate; folding it down and then tearing it off which exposed the graphic pigments and stainlng anything it came in contact with.

What I did was to remove the balance of the laminate and wipe away the pigments leaving the underlying laminate clean of any pigment.
