I purchased it from Howdy Herz at a NJ Token & Medal Show many years ago at the Cherry Hill Hyatt n Cherry Hill NJ. All of the chips are from Harvey's Lake Tahoe. Howdy convinced gaming in Nevada that this would be an acceptable way of destroying old obsolete chips instead of cancelling them. It's for sale if you care to make an offer.
