The chips you show are from Series IV of the Harrah's Chipco A C Roulettes.

There were two different Series of the Nautical Design Chipco chips used at Harrah's in Atlantic City.

The first set - Series III has 12 designs and 8 different colors a total of 96 chips. The 2nd set - Series IV only has 9 designs and 7 colors a total of 63 chips.

The page below from my "Catalog and Checklist of Atlantic City Roulette Chips" that I wrote in 2002 gives you all the details on the colors of the chips and different edge marks used on these chips.
