An old USPC sample board of chips contained two black BPOEs (two in order to show the front and back).

I have 457 BPOEs. One black was made by Burt (#154). The only black by USPC is the one shown below. Because they were on the sample board I’m thinking it is possible that none were made for the lodge. If so, the total pop of this chip might be two.

Although I have 457 chips, I wouldn’t be surprised if 3-5000 chips in total were made (probably more)

Does anyone else know of a black BPOE c&s? This ultra rare black BPOE is available for a chip I need.
