~~~ yellow with age and, in the case of clay composition chips and plastic laminated jetons and plaques; their breakdown can continue. We have seen litho inlays actually lift over several years in air voids (gas?) along with the bleed we se in jefons and plaques. I think temperarure change may cause some of the reaction... Not sure.

This example may be a European embedment; not sure.
