The actual full name of this just-opened property is "Bristol Casino - Future Home of Hard Rock"...
I'll be writing a more complete article with plenty of pictures for the club magazine, but here's the
"Readers Digest" version.

The Grand Opening was today at noon with speeches, balloons, ribbon-cutting, and a very generous
$100,000 donation to the local United Way... the official opening to the public was scheduled for 2 pm,
but it was so hot and humid outside where a large crowd had lined up, that management let everyone
in at around 12:30 pm.

Virginia's first legal casino is up and running... the opening day crowd was enthusiastic and enormous...
the rack chips have a familiar look and feel to them - I could find no G.O.'s - and I really looked around!
