I have not found any casino by that name but, that does not mean it didn't exist in some form; private or communal.

This example came from the Miguel Carlo Collection; a Puerto Rico casino Historian from Puerto Rico.

The reverse is a completely different sfyle of engraving from the obverse which, probably was originally blank and from Spain.
