These chips were made for an event involving Vince Neil (Motley Crue) at the Hard Rock.
They depict 5 paintings commissioned by Vince via the Hard Rock/Tracy Crump/Carlos Cartagena (who painted them).

These are the original chips of which only 4 or 5 sets got out and not any after market variety.
This is the set from Gene Trimble's collection. I sold my own set to a Hard Rock collector years ago.
