Thanks. I have buyers willing to purchase "as is" at levels close to what it will fetch once I am done with it. Something I have been considering, but not exactly sure if that's what I want to do at this point... and, I know for sure that I will not put too much into it that will only be ripped out by a new owner. Rarely are vaulted ceilings found today with Western Red Cedar due to its costs; labor and material. There's 3,000 sq. ft. under air and another 500 sq. ft. of garage.
