There is a movie theatre in it that’s awesome but I hear they’re closing it. It has maybe the worlds largest circular ballroom on the top floor with a walk around balcony. It was originally built for the big bands like Glen Miller and Tommy Dorsey, never gambling in it, Casino in Italian means gathering place.
They have Jazz Tracks a couple weekends around October but even that’s getting weaker lately too.
It’s an engineering marvel and tons of concrete.
Just took this a few minutes ago while walking downtown to get my mail at the P.O. they don’t deliver mail here unless it’s UPS or Fed Ex. I enjoy walking.
