This appears to be a chip from Reliable in the card suits mold. I'm not sure if this is "JGL" or "LGL" - I know I've seen other chips with one of the letters reversed because it just looks better that way. I did find an LGL chip in the chip guide but in clay not the Reliable plastic on brass mold. Looks like an expensive chip for a personal set but who knows....
