Yes, California has the best weatherwise choice as a "homeless", I see some of them has 2 or 3 "grocery" carts in the streets of North Las Vegas - so much load to push around and watch for.

During summer they carry very light load -less to care for and "laundry" in the fire hydrant leaks, much less than "winter".

Back in the student years - across the street from the University, we watch those "homeless" in line every Friday as the sidewalks were filled up, for the start of bags of rice and fish, water and break
were ready for distribution - interesting to watch because every Friday of the week the line gets longer and longer, new people and families on line.

Sure the line gets longer and longer week after week - what they did was "break up the family" into individuals to form a line and they get more and more family members to line up, unbelievable the "sight" was.

But the "matron" - the grand mother of the bookstore just love the sights that "her flock" was getting longer and longer - believes that her "graces" and credit from "above" was accumulating - the SVD priests at the University were telling us - that was good. Of course, I do share the "belief" of the graces from above will help in the final analysis.

I lost track, after graduation I came to the US to study.
