The "star" logo I think is the issuer of the - "Platinum Star for Quality 1999" (Estrella de Platino a la Calidad 1999) award. The Argentino Hotel Casino Resort has been operating since early 1930's.

I have this ARF 250 since March 2012 - according to my source this chip was a precursor to what is now the casino in the same hotel. See the chips and my findings at that time below.

As for the ARF 2.50 chip I could not find a direct reference, but relied on my chip source, for the photo and the logo Atlantida.
