I noticed in today’s paper that the OYO has issued a Redemption Notice for all Hooters chips, ending Feb 29. Since the Hooters chips are the exact same colors as the ones that replaced them, I think OYO can expect Hooters chips to be snuck into chip stacks well into the future.
