Folks.

I ran across this chip in my binders and I can't seem to find the exact one listed in TCR.

Although it appears to be the green Faro listed, the book says it should have the word Binions on one side which this clearly does not.

It is also not scratched off like most of the other HCE series chips.

What it does have however are 4 VERY small notches on the edge that you can't even see from the front or back, just like the one pictured on the chipguide.

So is this really a binions chip? If so what is the approximate value?
