Around 1911 my grandmother had a resort in Sonoma CA called PAUL’S RESORT. I have her scrap book from the resort days. In it there were boxers posing in front of the main building. I always wanted to show the scrap book to Sharkey to see if he recognized any of the boxers (because he was a huge boxing fan) but I never got the chance to show him the book. I always forgot the book on our trips to Nevada, but every time we talked it was always interesting.
