I just finished a phone call with the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas! This is a quasi official notice! The Hard Rock will close on or about February 4th or 5th, certainly by the Tuesday after the Super Bowl. The Hard Rock will NOT cash chips after that at that location! The Hard Rock is making arrangements for their chips to be cashed in at another casino in Las Vegas! Between now and then the Hard Rock is strongly recommending that their chips be cashed in now as the other casino may not be able to identify smoothly and quickly the chips you bring there! The THERE is not yet known! Cash them in now or no later than the Sunday of Super Bowl if you don't want to take a chance on a long and drawn out wait at another casino!
