AJ, I would contact the seller (if you've not already done so) and explain that you are dissatisfied with the chip and would like to return it for a full refund, for the reasons you mentioned on the Board. If the seller is not a collector, maybe politely explain that missing one inlay reduces the value and desirability of a chip to just about zero. If the seller is at all reasonable and ethical, he/she should agree to a return.

Lastly, if you bought through eBay you may have a remedy by contacting them with your concerns.
