The E is for Earl. I don’t know what the L is for and don’t know if they were used at Rusty’s or another location. Rusty’s could of (most likely) been just a shipping address. I have seen this a few times where someone orders chips from a card room operator.

I will try to look into it over the next few days when time permits.

The ChipGuide lists them as being from Ridgecrest 1978-79.

I would be interested in 1 of each if you have duplicates. And let me know what you want for them.
