they were ordered just prior to the revolution and when the casinos were closed, they were never delivered, or they were, but never used. They are not super cheap and are not common, but there were a bunch offered on the Chip Board when there was find of them (the first?). That was certainly pre-global banking crisis, but not sure how long before then.
