I looked through the research we did concerning the Night Owl Pittsburgh chips several years ago and came up with a club in Rankin, Pa that was a gambling house in the late 1930's, early 1940's.

The joint was called the Jungle Club owned by a George Perrone and was located at 44 Miller Street. It was listed in several articles on illegal gambling in the Pittsburgh area.
