I was looking at some 1st issue Bellagio $1 chips that I have and one of them stood out because the print looked darker.

Upon closer inspection there is an outline of red on the "$1" that I have not seen on any other $1 Bellagio chips.

Would this be considererd an error chip? Is it of any special interest or value to anyone viewing?
