Most of these stick box number chips were made by USPC Co. In their records they all seem to go to B.C. Wills & Co. Detroit, MI. I have a lot of varieties of those chips and some were found in a case that had Mecca Club chips from Newport, Ky. Wills was a big distributor.The chips could have been used anywhere. As close to a generic as you can get. However, I'm no expert on C&S chips.
