I plan to stay there for 2 nights for the Super Show (Jan 31 & Feb 1 at AZ Charlie's Decatur).

There may be better rates (or comps) around town, but it's a decent offer for rooms over Super Bowl weekend. (Of course, booking the Chip Convention thru the CCA in June is still a better deal, since it avoids the resort fees too!)
