In most of the other events for the WPT (Las Vegas and AC) those WPT chips were used as seating chips, not tournament chips and often had a sticker on them as well. They would use the tournament chips for the casino. You can see the ones from the Bellagio in the chipguide and I think a few other casinos where the WPT did a stop.
