Good Afternoon Chippers and da' kind; Hope your weekend finds you not working hard and very few honey-do's. Today's page of the day is all Caribbean chips with a dash of foreign chips. There was not a lot of these to trade for and I did not find any available on the convention floor to buy. Today, I have a section at the end of this POD that has a huge amount of Grab Bags for those that want to start a new collection or help a youngster get started. Have a look. On a happier note, yours truly hit a Jack Pot at the Naples-Ft Meyers Greyhound Track Card Room on Wednesday, a cool $500. IT WAS GETTING COLD AS WE LEFT THE RUNNING ACES TRACK, AND WE HAD A BITE TO EAT AT THEIR SNACK BAR. IT HAD STARTED TO GET DARK AND WE WERE MAKING SOME GOOD TIME IN MY DODGE DAKOTA, MAN I LOVED THAT TRUCK. ANY WAY WE WERE NEARING THE HINCKLEY AREA AND I WAS FEELING A LITTLE DISTRESSED IN THE STOMACH AREA. SO WE KICKED IT UP A NOTCH AND GOT TO HINCKLEY A LITTLE FASTER THAN OUR ORIGINAL SCHEDULING. NANCY DROPPED ME OFF AT THE ENTRANCE I FOUND A RESTROOM AND I MADE MY PIT STOP AND WAITED FOR HER TO COME IN AFTER PARKING THE TRUCK.
AFTER STOPPING TO LOOK UP AND DOWN THE CORRIDORS OF THIS RATHER HUGE CASINO, WE THOUGH WE BETTER FIND SOME SECURITY AND GET SOME HELP FINDING THE POKER ROOM. IN THIS CASINO WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY USE PAULSEN’S CHIPS ON THE BLACKJACK TABLES AND BUD JONES CHIPS IN THE POKER ROOM. HARVESTING HERE WAS JUST TIRING, NOT HARD; BECAUSE OF ALL THE WALKING YOU HAVE TO DO. AFTER I HAD MADE THE ROUNDS AND FILLED MY POCKETS IN MY CARGO PANTS, I STARTED LOOKING FOR NANCY. THIS IS ONE TIME I AM GLAD WE BOTH HAD CELL PHONES. WE HOOKED UP AND HEADED NORTH TO THE BLACK BEAR CASINO WHERE WE HAD RESERVATIONS. IT WAS VERY CHILLY WHEN WE WALKED TO THE TRUCK, CHILLY ENOUGH FOR SNOW.
THERE WAS ONE THING THAT WE DID NOT EXPERIENCE HERE, AND THAT WAS INTERACTIONS WITH ANY CASINO PERSONNEL, WE JUST HARVESTED AND LEFT. I DID TALK TO A BLACKJACK DEALER TO GET CHIPS AND A CASHIER IN THE POKER ROOM, BUT OTHER THAN THAT; THERE WAS NOTHING OTHER THAN THE CHIPS TO REMEMBER THE GRAND CASINO IN HINCKLEY, MN.
AS I SAID I DID FILL MY PANTS POCKETS AND I DID HARVEST ENOUGH AT THIS CASINO…REGGIE
