I think the last chip is DSN could be Lyon Hotel Yerrington, NV (Don S. Neighbors)

The pink “R” chip...Frank has sold them as John Rayburn for years. I don’t think there is any evidence that the ID is correct.
I believe John Rayburn was associated with a few different casinos in the Tahoe Area. Sierra Lodge, Ta- Neva- Ho and a few others.
