CONECA is a coin collecting club, the "Combined Organization of Numismatic Error Collectors of America." For years they have used elongated pennies to promote their group at coin shows. This year they are using casino chips. The artwork is on stickers adhered to generic plastic chips, and so far I have seen black chips and white chips used. Front and back are shown.
