Didn’t find gambling, but did see this. (Sorry for the big scan, working off my iPad).

Seems the go-go dancers were having frequent (or constant) wardrobe malfunctions and apparently someone complained. However, no arrests were made because the patron couldn’t make a positive identification of the dancer.

“So sir, what did the topless woman look like?”
“Look like???”
“Yes, color of her hair maybe?”
“Hm, I didn’t really get a good look at her head...”
