There was a time when organized Elks collectors had no idea of where most of their collections (anything BPOE) were from which I found out one day talking to one of their club officers. They had no idea of the T. A. M. S. list or that anything like that existed. My phone was ringing off the hook for days as I faxed the list to them.

Same thing with the "Rough Rider" collectors; back then, they had no idea code PE-RR existed until I faxed them copies...😀
