(Another example of RARE)
Once upon a time a casino in a far-off land sent me some chips that were long obsolete; they were few in number (5, I believe) that were completely unknown -- even by the collectors in that country. The casino made a point in telling me that there are no others, anywhere (a documented fact). I posted one here; sold and traded a few, and that was it. There was nothing to be had, anywhere, other than the few I placed and my examples... though that did not stop a few to converge upon the property over a number of years in hopes of finding one, two or maybe more and, whenever that happened, and whenever they asked about the chips, each and every one of them were told the same thing... "You will have to see John Benedict, in Florida, he is the only person who has them..." 😀
