Talking to people who actually played with them, and were around them, they claim that anything above $100 was taking out photographed and most were returned to the casino as nobody wanted to hold a $500 in a jeton/plaque at the time. Apparently has happened with all high denomination jetons and plaques.

And yes, I expect at some point they will start showing up but not untill after the casino stops accepting them. Hope that will be in a while.
