The only thing I can add to the discussion is that somewhere around 2000, could have been a few years before or after, those chips were being sold and traded a lot amongst California collectors. The information being put out at that time was that the chips had been used at " Rumor's Card Room" in Porterville, CA. I think I got that info from Mel Jung, but not certain. (Maybe it was a rumor) I have never researched it, but thought I would mention it.
