I moved to Rockville Centre in 1983 and at that time the place was called the Palace of Wong. It was the Palace of Wong until last year when it shut and torn down to make a pediatric care center. There was a great neon sign on top of the building that said "Chow Mein" that I wanted to buy when they tore down the place, but it was too darn big. And yes, there was never any gambling at this "casino".
