Best I can tell, the reason is to offer different themes under one
roof. The Hover Dam Lodge actually has some Japanese "Pachinko"
gaming machines in the Red Dragon, something no other casino has.
The casinos there are a "Southern theme, an Asian theme, also has
a Mexican theme, a country theme with a country store, and it has a
basic everyday theme mini casino.
