Dotty's Casinos is not a small operation as some think, and they are
currently interested in purchasing the property in Las Vegas where
the Moulin Rouge once stood for a casino.

Dotty's Casino has a very large amount of mini casinos, now at 175+ in
Nevada, Oregon, and Montana. Within the next year or 2, Dotty's plans
on having 150+ mini casinos in the Illinois, mostly in strip malls in the
greater Chicago area.

Dotty's basically caters to women 35 and older, serve minimal food as to
focus on gambling. All Dotty's are very clean & well lighted "slot parlors"
with no table games ....

The Dotty's chain is currently owned by Craig Estey whose family owns a
major vending machine and food distribution service.

In August 2013, Dotty's agreed to acquire the Hacienda Hotel and Casino
near Boulder City, its first full hotel casino, and in July 2014, Dotty's agreed
to buy the River Palms in Laughlin.
