I don't see how Guiness could not accept Paul's challenge application for a new world's record. Everything was video taped from the 802 different U.S. $1 casino chips in the public display cases, to the actual signed verification count of 802 breakdown by two qualified witnesses (myself and Jay Sands) along with the accompanying illustrated inventory by CG number documents supplied by Paul.
Here is a challenge to anyone for the 2020 convention; .... who will challenge Paul's record? I heard several comments that "I've got more chips than that".... but until someone actually does the work involved to challenge the new 802 record by displaying them in public and submitting the required reports to Guiness..., it's all talk.
