Flight was cancelled and frequent flyer mileage was refunded to our account without our knowledge. Went to check in bags and were told we had no tickets even though we checked in on-line last night and printed out flight confirmation and seat assignments. Best AA would do is put us on 5am flight tomorrow morning with no compensation or voucher for an overnight hotel room. Would cost $75 for Uber each way to go back home and return in am. All hotel rooms near airport are sold out, so here we stay till morning.
