if you ignore Cincinnati (and I know people who do). From there Lexington KY is a race-horse gallop due south. OK, about 98 miles but you can tell the horse, 158 km and he'll think it shorter. So that Walke chip find kinda sorta fits, geographically anyway, with Sheriff Charles Walke. On second thought, you and the horse both take a plane from Lexington to Cincinnati.
