Is this a simple generic from the Variety Club? There is a Variety club chip for tent 17

The red chip (the barker) could have been ordered by some other variety Club tent OR it is a generic Variety Club tent (maybe ordered by the home office for use by what ever tent wanted them)?

I list the Barker chip as coming from Pittsburgh, home of the Variety club, for lack of a better place to put it

I agree that the doubled headed elks chip was not a mistake. Maybe the seat of the elks Organization (NYC) ordered them as generics for the use of whatever club or person wanted them?

Would USPC sell a chip with a custom inlay (elks head WITH elks banner) to just anyone?

Just thought. I have no definitive knowledge on the double headed chip
