PRESS RELEASE FOR 06/11/2019-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The newest Exhibit of The Museum of Gaming History (MoGH) is at the National Atomic Testing Museum! The National Atomic Testing Museum operates as an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution.

The Museum of Gaming History (MoGH) exhibit is at the National Atomic Testing Museum, located at 755 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119. The exhibit case is located in the auditorium and is comprised of one large display case (as used in the current Plaza Casino Exhibit) it is filled with memorabilia of the ATOMIC AGE in Las Vegas! Much of the exhibit material is courtesy of Mr. Palumbo! The exhibit debuted June 11, 2019.

The exhibit is planned to run for a year, but may be extended by mutual agreement. A second phase of the exhibit is already planned.

Responsible for this wonderful addition to the MoGH stable of MINI-MUSEUMS are: the Club’s President, Jerry Vergatos and Steve Palumbo CHAIR of the 2019 Show at the South Point Casino opening on June 20th, 2019 at 10AM. Events Director Mr. Jim Follis ably assisted and will take overall responsibility of the #7 addition, pictured with the displays are Mr. Palumbo and Museum Curator, Ms. Natalie Luvera.

MINI-MUSEUMS are now located at the El Cortez Casino, the Plaza Casino, the Neon Museum, the Mob Museum, the Nevada State Museum, Spinettis Gaming Supply, and the National Atomic Testing Museum becomes Number 7! See the PHOTOS!

This will mark the MINI-MUSEUM #7 in the MoGH family of making the public aware of GAMING HISTORY! This exhibit furthers the MoGH’s efforts to reach out to the public. Please contact the MoGH’s Chairman, Mike Quinlivan, to find out how you can help.
