Players cards / slot cards are listed in issue order so the latest issue# would indicate the latest known slot card. When older cards are added, they're added in the best guess order and not at the end. Cards should almost always be in issue order. Some cards do include the appropriate date found or reported although not a lot have that info, it's mostly newer cards that are being added now that include dates.
