Got to the motel about 4pm, I scurried on out for the Grand Tour of Phoenix. Hit all of the casinos "in" town and made a few oither stops too.
Casino Arizona
Gift for players card signup was a stuffed toy Coyote. Doesn't even have the name of the casino on it. Got on a $10 BJ table w/ 2 $1 side bets one for 1st 2 cards = 20 and the other was some bonus thing. Very personable dealer. Lost a hand, won a hand, lost a hand, and hit one of the side bets. collected $25, $5 ,$1 chips.
Talking Stick Casino
Uses the same players card and chips as Casino AZ, so not much to collect from here. Good sized Poker room. A rather nice place, I guess I'd go here rather than Casino AZ. On the way out I saw a Live Keno Lounge. Well, a bit more like an area. 15 or 20 seats. Hadn't played KENO in years so got me a $1 ticket. My #11 hit on the first ball, then nothing, wah wah wah.
Casino Arizona:
Stuffed Toy "Spirit Animal?" Now riding shotgun on my dashboard with my real spirit animal, Meldakwa (Mel the Koala, for you Beanie Baby Fans)
Talinkg Stick:
Not the fountains at the Bellagio, but still nice to look at for a minute.
