I saw this take place this week at the Mark Twain Casino in La Grange, MO. Playing craps and big better cashed out, took his money and went to dinner with his wife. Dealer realized he made a mistake, called over the pit boss, he verified, had security review and then hunted the customer down. All this time they held up the table. Found customer in the restaurant, had him return to the table and handed him the $100 they shorted him and the game resumed. Very honest!!!!
