I don’t see a connection. Unless they were friends. There was a bowling alley in Burlingame, but I have not ran across any card rooms in the town? Could the B & S chips been used in San Diego..? Of course....stranger things have happened. I would say...unlikely. Only 2 colors. No denominations. Only 500 chips ordered. That would barely be enough to have a game with 4 people. The evidence doesn’t add up.

It’s kind of like saying....where are the chips from Ray Plunkett’s Tahoe Mariner? Licensed from 79-86 with slots ...craps...21...Roulette? Nobody save a chip from there...or remembers what they look like?
