~~~ layout are two neighboring numbers both on the wheel and layout; 0 and 2 which touch (split bet) and, of course the 00-2 is a split bet as well (but do not touch on the wheel). I don't think there is a wheel/layout anywhere where 0-2 touch each other on both layout and wheel... or any other two numbers that touch on both than on the American wheel.
