I believe this was once suggested when Travis Lewin was Claims Director; where he posted here that such a claim would be reviewed by him from a non-CCGTCC member.

In my opinion, I think "we" do and should continue to protect any collector pertaining to such matters. I'm not sure if it has ever happened, before, but I do think the thought should be considered.
