.. and 99% chance the winning bidder will submit it to PSA.

A PSA 7 goes for about $900, but if it comes back a 6 or 6.5, the buyer will break even.

When you buy ‘raw’ cards to submit to PSA, it can be a real gamble..believe me.. I know lol..
