At the “Chip Dig” in Reno last weekend...one of our chippers had some of these JV’s chips. (There is also a black chip)

They are attributed to Middleton California.

The chips were used at JV’s Saloon
in the Whispering Pines Resort
Cobb, Ca 95426 (which is only a few miles north of Middleton...so basically Middleton)

Chips ordered in 1980. ( on leap day...2-29-1980)
Not sure about the Jean & Vince...I haven’t found much on this place, but the correspondence is with Debra Saunders.
There were only the 4 colors (the yellow JV chip) doesn’t belong with the JV’s chips.
